Advantages of the program
- The Asc 360 Performance System© is unique in the world. Designed by Emilio Sánchez Vicario and Sergio Casal, it is based on four core pillars: technical, tactical, physical and mental. The system works for all types of players, regardless of age, fitness condition or tennis experience.
- Each of the four pillars is developed in depth, and is tailored to the player’s level, depending on age, physical condition and tennis ability. The stages are reflected in the ES Academy Pyramid, and range from Initiation to Elite.
- Every athlete can choose the desired intensity for his/her training, depending on available time and interests, choosing between the Full and Part Time Programs.
- Now, junior tennis players in Atlanta will be able to train following the same training system that helped to develop elite players such as Svetlana Kuznetsova, Andy Murray, Grigor Dimitrov and Daniela Hantuchova, among others.

The developmental pyramid of the Emilio Sánchez Academy Players
Based on the ES Academy Training System© used in our Academies, Emilio Sánchez Vicario has created a pyramid to describe the evolution of players as they progress for their athletic development, by age and level of play.
Each stage of this evolution has its own general and specific objectives for each pillar of training (technical, tactical, physical and mental).
Click on the links below for further information about each stage of the pyramid.
