Emilio Sánchez Vicario, who is the CEO and founder of Emilio Sánchez Academy, has been inducted into the Catalan Tennis Hall of Fame.
The event, held this week in Barcelona, recognizes the sporting career of Emilio Sánchez Vicario, and thus includes him in the select group that forms part of the Catalan Tennis Hall of Fame.
In his place, his mother, Marisa Vicario, received the distinction in an emotional second edition, which was attended by Jordi Tamayo, president of the Catalan Tennis Federation, as well as the board of directors, former presidents of the federation and award winners.
