The Antonio Hernández Cup In Memoriam tournament recalls the legacy of Antonio Hernández, who was Director of the Sánchez-Casal Academy and passed away a few years ago.

The Spanish quarry has stood out in this international tournament of the Tennis Europe Circuit, in category U14 and Grade 2, played at the Sánchez-Casal Academy (El Prat de Llobregat).
Marina Gatell, seeded 5, has been proclaimed champion of the individual tournament in the Girls Main Draw. She defeated the first seed in the final, the Slovakian Natalia Krockova by 7/6 (3) and 6/4. This means another title, folowwing Saturday's doubles victory with Sorana Matis.
On the other side,  Evan Jarzaguet, fifth seed (France )has been proclaimed champion of the individual tournament in the Boys Main Draw. The Malaga-born Rubén Fernández was proclaimed runner-up after falling in the final by 6/7 (3) and 6/2 against
The trophy ceremony, which was attended by all the Sánchez-Casal Academy staff, culminated with an emotional applause recalling the legacy and values ​​of Antonio Hernández.
